Video embedding is currently disabled on InsaneJournal - along with all forms of embedding, javascript etc. It is related to security options. This is a planned feature to be implemented on InsaneJournal, but in the mean time InsaneJournal posters will be required to link to their videos in question.

What are the IJ specific tags?
- You will find that many users may become confused with IJ vs LJ. We use the same cut and user tags as LiveJournal with lj-cut and lj user. [Those are lower case L, not lower case I.] http://www.insanejournal.com/support/faq
Why can't I use comment notifications?
At the moment the only notifications that are enabled are:
Replies to your own posts and comments.

The tracking feature is in beta, and should become more fully available with the next code update.
When is the next code update?
It's being worked on now but no definite answer, unfortunately at this point in time. =/
